We are a non-profit company established in 2008 and are committed to help organisations improve the productivity in the Construction & Real Estate sector using lean construction practices. The inefficiency in the construction industry and wastage is reckoned, as 50-60% abroad, and definitely more so in India. Lean Construction focuses on improvement of performance of the construction industry and its individual projects, which is where we come in.

Date:

Speakers:
Jason Klous
Jason believes that actions are shaped by the conversations we participate in, and that our commitments determine our future. As a principal at Midion, his work is grounded in the belief that we can design better futures by rethinking how we coordinate, communicate, and engage with one another. He views organizations as networks of commitments where trust and moods are essential to generating meaningful outcomes.
Jason's role at Midion extends beyond traditional leadership; she focuses on opening up new spaces for action. He works with teams and organizations to shift their conversations, transforming the way they engage with challenges, design their futures, and create alignment between their commitments and outcomes. He has dedicated her career to helping individuals and organizations uncover these possibilities, break down barriers to effective collaboration, and move from reactive problem-solving to designing their desired future. At Midion, Jason creates the clearing for these actions to unfold, fostering environments where commitments are transparent, conversations are intentional, and the future is something we create together.

Datagrid: Empowering Field Teams with Agentic AI for 10x Efficiency
Date:
19 Nov 2025
Speakers:
Thiago da Costa
Thiago da Costa is the CEO and Co-Founder of Datagrid, an Agentic AI platform redefining how teams interact with data and automate work. A lifelong technologist, his career began at the intersection of physics and software, later founding Lagoa—a cloud-based mechanical CAD platform acquired by Autodesk and integrated into Fusion 360.
At Autodesk, Thiago led major cloud, data, and AI initiatives across construction, manufacturing, and media, gaining firsthand insight into a core paradox: organizations are knowledge-rich but execution-poor. He saw how complexity and cognitive overhead stall progress, and became convinced that the role of technology is not to make people more efficient at repetitive tasks—but to free them from it entirely.
This belief drives his work at Datagrid, where AI agents absorb complexity and handle execution, giving teams leverage to focus on what matters. Thiago holds multiple patents in collaborative data systems and is an active investor in deep-tech companies like SpaceX and Vention. His work continues to shape the future of AI, automation, and human potential—especially in industries where technology adoption has lagged but impact is greatest.
