Mr. Puneet Narang

Partner, KPMG in India 

Mr. Puneet Narang is a Partner in the Business Consulting practice with KPMG in India. He currently serves as the co-Head for Infrastructure & Real Estate sector and also leads the Major Projects Advisory (MPA) practice in the advisory business. With over 14 years in KPMG, he has overall 21+ years of experience spanning project strategy & advisory, design & implementation, project organization structuring and lean implementation for capital projects, programme and portfolio for both public and private sector clients in India and abroad. 

Mr. Narang graduated from Sushant School of Art and Architecture, GGSIP University (B. Arch) and has done his Masters in Construction Project Management from School of Planning, Design & Construction, Michigan State Univ., USA. He is also a certified PMP in good standing. 

He has led and grown the capital projects and infrastructure practice in KPMG India (MPA) since inception, making the practice a market leader for management consulting services in the Construction Industry in India.  

He has worked across sectors in conceptualizing and implementing solutions around time and cost optimization, application of lean & operational excellence, design/procurement/construction methods excellence in projects while leading multiple client engagements for KPMG serving key accounts like L&T Group, NHAI, Sterlite and many others. 

He is passionate about working with stakeholders across the asset lifecycle from investors, developer/promoters to contractors and operators, to help solve their business challenges. With application of new age technologies, innovative techniques and most importantly to collaborate and lead people and high performing teams in the chosen area of capital projects and assets.  

He is also a member of Board of Directors for ILCE.
